Industries we serve
Built Around the Way Service Businesses Work
A roofer chasing storm damage and a pest control company on quarterly contracts have almost nothing in common operationally. The systems shouldn't be identical either — so they aren't.
What actually changes
Same Tools, Different Setup
The underlying pieces — a site, a CRM, call answering, follow-up — are similar across trades. What changes is how they're configured, and that difference is most of the value.
- What counts as an emergency. No heat in January and a leaking main need to route straight to a person. A quote for spring landscaping doesn't.
- How long the decision takes. A burst pipe is decided in ten minutes. A roof replacement takes three quotes and two weeks — and follow-up timing has to match.
- Whether the work repeats. Recurring trades need reactivation and seasonal reminders. One-time trades need referral and review workflows instead.
- What has to be asked up front. Square footage, roof pitch, panel amperage, acreage, septic tank age — qualifying questions are trade-specific or they're useless.
Who we work with
Trades We Know
These are the businesses we build for most often. Each system gets customized around the company's services, staffing, service area, lead flow, and customer experience.
Don't see your trade? If you send crews or technicians to customer properties, the same systems apply. Concrete, fencing, garage doors, gutters, remodeling, appliance repair and painting all fit the same pattern.
What that looks like
A Few Concrete Differences
Examples of how the same system gets configured differently depending on the trade.
-
Emergency Trades
Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, water well. Urgent calls transfer immediately to whoever's on call — no script, no scheduling. Speed of answer matters more than anything else in the system.
-
High-Ticket Project Trades
Roofing, excavation, general contracting, remodeling. Longer decision cycles mean the follow-up sequence after an estimate matters more than instant answering. Most of these jobs are won or lost in week two.
-
Recurring and Seasonal Trades
Landscaping, pest control, septic, pressure washing. The money is in reactivation — customers from last season who'd book again if somebody reminded them at the right time.

What counts as urgent, how long customers take to decide, and what you wish you never had to explain twice. That's what the system gets built around.
